- Be responsible to conduct planning, doing need analysis, executing, manage short Blended-Learning courses with training partners like TVL Group, GAP institute, Tung BT, AIDE & B2B training.
- Collaborate with trainers to develop the training script, roadmap of content training, content materials & manage the class operation. (Soft Skill, Sale, Data, Blockchain,..)
- Supporting Academy Operation Manager to build competency framework, curriculum career path for course & gamification assessment for different functions on JobHopin's App.
- Research and conduct proposal of business model, go-to-market strategy to run new product with the investor.
- Directly build wireframe Landing pages course, user's experience, Community management & master SOP from learners to trainers onboarding.
- Others supper priority task which requires to be done in very short-time from Manager & Director.
