Tuan is in charge of supply planning management for food & beverage category (Milo Powder, Nesvita Powder, Milo Can, Maggi Bouillon).
Key roles:
● Tactical planning: Generate an 18-month production plan for the factories/outsources to meet customer demand, taking practical capacity and relevant lead time into account
● Operational planning: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory/distribution to ensure optimum stocks at the right location
● Provide proactive communications on supply related issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring actions and supply plans are achievable in accordance with Business Planning Process
● Contribution towards: Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) > 97.3%, Freshness Shipment > 96%, Stock Cover finish goods < 25 days.

Main responsibilities:
• Managing & providing E-commerce supply chain solutions to clients (L'Oreal, Vedette)
• Implementing monthly stock purchase planning, weekly stock replenishment within timeline & budget
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders (supplier, internal warehouse, E-Commerce platforms) to coordinate delivery schedule and ensure stock movements are executed as plan
• Working closely with Key Account Managers to manage supply replenishment based on demand forecasts numbers
• Proposing recommendation of days of inventory target based on modification in demand forecasts
• Managing inventory by optimizing supply chain levels of stock management: days of inventory, stock availability, slow-moving or obsolete stock (SLOB)
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to the development of standardized processes to achieve operational excellence
Key results:
• Top 3 most selling beauty brands on Lazada platform in 12.12 campaign

Main responsibilities:
• Establishing objectives to expand & develop the organization
• Formulating and operating the executive board of 9 core members
• Recruiting, training, and coaching 30 collaborators on event-planning skills to promote public projects towards targeting students.
After 10 months, ISE Youth Union:
• Gained reputation by 67% (increasing more than 1000 followers) on Facebook's fan-page
• Organized 4 major projects, the most notable & successful one was an academic competition called Key To Logistics in which I led, oriented the core teams in content-marketing planning, and supervised the project's progress. The contest attracted over 200 competitors across HCMC, acquired a partnership with 3 big companies, and was funded 20,000,000 VND by sponsors.

SCMission Contest 2019 - Sustainability in Supply Chain | Second Runner-up
SCMission is an academic supply chain contest annually hosted by Foreign Trade University, attracted 350+ participants in 2019. In the final round, my team and I were required to solve a case study given by CEL Consulting and present our strategy of designing an optimal fleet composition to the judges at the final round. Our presentation proposes an optimal solution to meet three objectives, including minimizing cost, optimizing fleet composition, and reducing environmental impacts.

Anh Tuấn vô cùng tâm huyết luôn í. Anh chia sẻ rất cụ thể và dễ hình dung về vị trí Supply Planner nói riêng cũng như là Supply Chain nói chung. Em đã có cái nhìn cụ thể hơn và cũng như hiểu cần phải chuẩn bị gì nếu muốn theo ngành. Ngoài chia sẻ về công việc thì anh còn đưa ra những lời khuyên rất hữu ích với em trong thời điểm này. Anh Tuấn là một người mentor rất tuyệt vời ạ. Anh rất thân thiện, gần gũi và tính tế ạ. Anh luôn sẵn sàng lắng nghe những lời em chia sẻ và đưa ra nhiều lời khuyên bổ ích về những việc mà em cần chuẩn bị cho công việc sau này từ kỹ năng đến kiến thức ạ.
