Duy has a willing-to-learn and eager-to-change attitude which is good for his career path. He is at the entry level looking for a job in the UK which I know is challenging at the moment. What he needs to improve the break into this market: - Choose the proper industries to apply. I would recommend manufacturing, or tech company with physical products. - Company size would be 50-200 employees - The key word to search for the job would be 'Sales coordinator', 'Sales operations', 'Project coordinator'. - The job to target would be less than 50 applicants posted in the last 2 weeks. - Duy needs to change the strategy once the current approach doesn't product any positive result. - Apply selectively.
