As a final-year student who has engaged in academic work, extracurricular activities, employment, and fulfilled a number of goals, I would like to share my experiences in order to inspire and help students gain self-confidence, overcome the pressure to achieve what they want.

Responsibilities:
- Synthesize project information, requests from Customers and suggestions from Production department
- Manage and monitor project status and progress periodically
- Receive information and handle quickly when problems arise during project implementation
- Coordinate with team members to come up with optimal solutions for the project
- Proceed to make payment proposals to customers when meeting payment conditions of the project.
- Monitor cash flow according to progress and plan to deal with problems immediately
- Report to customers on the implementation work and results achieved periodically

Achievements:
- Being the first and the youngest person passing the probation after 2 months

Responsibilities:
- Associate with internal teams to develop a strategic plan and deliver clients’ benefits
- Manage project progress and quality throughout the process of working with customers through weekly reports and acceptance reports after the project ends.
- Work with 20+ influencers (Facebook, Tiktok), 30+ club partners, to attract over 3,000 students from different majors in Vietnam.

Achievements:
- Suntory PepsiCo Management Trainee Program 2022 - recruiting students in 6 functions: Marketing, Sales, People & Culture, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement: exceeded 10% of KPI, 2200 members joining hiring groups in 4 weeks. Awarded “Best Project of the Year”

Member of Event Management Department

- Take care of over 200 audiences before and after the event by texting, calling and writing emails.
- Perform seeding to sell 200 tickets on groups such as: My Your Opportunities and personal facebook.
- Planning the staffing assignment for the TEDxTrangThiStLive event.

Achievements:
- The average post gets 100 likes and 50 comments.
- 90% of the audience responded positively to how each event was organized
- Exceeding 15% of the set ticket sales target
