Human Resources Recruiter (Team Leader)
Honda Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Main responsibilities:
1. PLANNING (40%)
- Make, monitor plan and report the recruitment staff (University graduated) and temporary staff (Outsource) activities and controlling targets in accordance with initial purposes:
+ Coordinate with all departments in the company in order to manage manpower
+ Monitor three members and ensure the final target of recruitment team
+ Propose new ideas to enhance recruitment
- Control service contracts and make payment for staff recruitment service.
2. RECRUITMENT (40%)
- Implement recruitment:
+ Post Jobs, Scan CVs
+ Interview candidates
+ Offer job according to qualifications levels of experience
+ Implement all positions of all Departments of Honda: Technical, IT, Customer service, Sales, PR, Interpreting, Production, etc.
- Provide support and advice on recruitment to departmental managers
- Develop creative recruitment solutions in order to attract suitable and potential candidates
- Maintain the candidate database as potential candidates source
- Process payment in SAP
3. EMPLOYER BRANDING (20%)
- Cooperate with Employer branding team to make plan of building up Employer brand of Honda Vietnam
- Implement employer branding activities:
+ Make plan and participate in organizing event in Universities in Hanoi, Hue, Ho Chi Minh: Career day, Career orientation, Talk show, Job fair, etc.
+ Be the main speaker to motivate and inspire thousands of students
+ Participate in develop and maintain Fan-page of recruitment of Honda Vietnam.

- Launch recruitment fan-page: Honda Vietnam Career; contribute to enhance Honda Vietnam Employer brand: Inspire thousands of students;
- Improve difficulties in recruitment of the company: Meet initial target;

Customers Development & Sales consultant
Nam A Group
Main responsibilities:
1. CUSTOMER RELATIONS (60%)
- Build up and strengthen relations with regular customers and extend new ones
- Provide the best customer service to all customers, including potential, new and existing customer s to keep our customers happy
- Follow up all order information from customers & coordinate with teams in order to provide timely services to customers
- Be in charge of foreign customers: Interpreting for foreign customers, coordinate with related Teams to solve arising external issues: complain, comment, order, etc.
2. SALES CONSULTANT (40%)
- Demonstrate advanced products knowledge
- Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
- Accomplish sales targets
- Report the sales revenues to the sales supervisor
