- In charge of the whole process of MySQUAR's recruiting in both Vietnam and Myanmar: Mobile apps team, Digital marketing team and Game team ( tech and non-tech positions)
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities, end-to-end. Posting, editing job ads, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, salary negotiations, coaching and career development.
- Manage and finding the source of tech candidates (mobile apps and game field)
- Mainly in charge of career day/ tech festival for recruiting and transferring MySQUAR's image to candidates.
- Admin and organize fanpage facebook for recruitment of MySQUAR
- Support for the employees' retention.
- Manage candidates' profiles, working directly with CTO and COO.

Viet Thai International
- In charge of recruitment process of the new and old Pho 24.
- Posting job, selecting candidates, first round interview for both Office and Operation Department (full time and part time)
