Short-term: I am seeking a Demand Planning position in the FMCG or manufacturing industry and become a Team Leader within a year. Presently, real-world SOPs and professional English-speaking skills are my top priorities. I aspire to be a Senior Demand Planner within 2 years.
Long-term: I am determined to become a Demand Planning Manager by 2028 and set my sights on becoming a Head of Demand & Planning by 2030.
A planner like an amazing guy performs these excellent passes for business companies to reach their goal in a supply chain. Some underrate this guy because of his "behind the scenes" roles, but, I am proud to be a part of the supply chain and strive to do my best for my objectives.

Nhân lanh lợi, kinh nghiệm cũng khá về demand planning, có suy nghĩ khá structure về công việc, cơ bản là "năng khiếu bẩm sinh" của bất kì planner nào; do đó coach cho Nhân không quá khó approach, nhưng lại do có kinh nghiệm rồi nên thách thức xíu cho bài tập mang về :) .
