I see myself as an entrepreneur. To me, entrepreneurship is not about starting a business. It's about doing things a bit differently and better even when you are walking in traditional routes.

Despite my background in humble-ranking secondary school, I aimed to enter gifted high school because I know that my yearning for knowledge and my natural tendency to conquer can only thrive in an intellectually demanding environment. Now I deeply appreciate having my high school friends as reliable companions and emotional support.

I rejected the offer to get in the last rescue flight to my home country and instead accepted the internship because I know I needed to sacrifice the short-term family's protection in the pandemic for the long-term goal to get a job abroad. Now I have accumulated two-year working experiences and I am spending quality time with my parents.

Last but not least, I wrote and published a romance novel because I like writing to reflect on my past life and imagining to create the best possible future. This serves my deep-down desire to share perspectives on life, hopefully leaving a good impact on people's lives. Known as a book author, I now have chances to build my personal reputation via making appearances in different media.

In all of it, entrepreneur is not a word that gives me identity. It is a mindset, a spirit and a purpose that brings me to a better place I never thought I could be.

    ▪ Persuaded 20 out of 21 markets to deactivate local YouTube channels and make use of global platform, which resulted in a centralized content holding place and a 4% increase in monthly subscription base.
    Performance Marketing
    ▪ Analyzed monthly revenue reports for global DTC brands and identified key insights to help the Exco aware of the current business situation.
    ▪ Led 8 markets to implement Swaven widget in their websites within 1 month, achieved 2% rise in the conversion rate and received a high satisfaction score (4/5) regarding the global support in relation to Swaven management.
    ▪ Flagged 20% discrepancies in spend data between 3 analytic tools: Power BI, GA and MSIGHTS, which saved time from running analysis that produced misleading results and urged IT team to take up corrective measures.

    Rotterdam, Netherlands

    ▪ Teamed up with 4 multidisciplinary Master students to build a protocol of a circular fertilizer pod made by re-using the ammonia from Hoogheemraadschap van Rijland and to create a business plan to bring it to the Dutch market.
