I have more than 9 years of experience in research, management and operations at educational institutions in Vietnam. At the same time, I am also an expert in the fields of Data Analysis and Customer Service and have taught at businesses and universities. I have a passion for helping students equip skills and sharing orientation so that students can determine their personal direction through sharing at workshop in universities.

I am a positive, creative, enthusiastic person, not afraid of difficulties and willing to learn and research to come up with solutions and be creative at work.     • Building: “Classroom Management by Excel”: ensure the management reporting by layers with high accuracy and convenience in managing students learning status, care history, exam – grades, and student complaints.
    • Internal training for employees throughout the company on data analysis using Excel, and Power BI.
