Helped Gosend improve brand performance in Y23 amongst target customers from 0.9 pt (Q1’23) to 2.4 pt (Q4’23) and increase loyalty share from 4% (Q1’23) to 19% (Q4’23).
    Achievement: Was assigned to the 2nd largest revenue project of the department. Handled 3 ad-hoc and 8 tracking projects which contributed the total revenue - $472,590.
    Skills: Proficiency in analyzing large dataset & visualization skill, hypothesis based & data-driven solution, business acumen, strategic thinking, deep knowledge of ride-hailing/ Mobile App industry.

    Communication Department Leader

    • Finalized the master plan with team members. Present and convince of the plan’s actionable to the Dean.
    • Implemented strategic activities to acquire new audiences and grow traffic on fan page by mainly using the WOM tactics and gifted promotion.
    • Created and maintained the buzz by updating weekly trending posts and discussion posts.
    • Arranged resource and created offline activities (minigames, rewards programs…) at POSM.
    • Ensured concept of project would be implemented consistently and delivered clearly via communication activities by closely reviewing the submitted content of team members and actively worked with Content Department
    • Coordinated with External Department to design suitable and effective promotion packs for sponsor partners and collaboration activities.
    Highlighted results: Drive more than 1,400 followers to the page. Convert to more than 800 participants to the event.
