Mình đã có hơn 14 năm học tập và làm việc tại Nga, nơi hành trình sự nghiệp và phát triển bản thân của mình bắt đầu. Hiện tại, mình trở về Việt Nam với mong muốn đóng góp cho sự phát triển con người và tổ chức — điều mình luôn ấp ủ suốt nhiều năm qua.
Mình có niềm đam mê sâu sắc với Tâm lý học và Coaching, đặc biệt là trong việc khai mở tiềm năng, phát triển đội ngũ và xây dựng sự cân bằng bền vững cho bản thân và người khác.
