- Having nearly 7 years of hands-on experience spanning software development lifecycle in different roles from digital marketing executive, customer success representative, and business analyst.
- Excelling at communicating with stakeholders, eliciting requirements and designing business solutions to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and documentations.
- Navigating both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies across a range of industries including Finance, Banking, Construction, Logistics, and eCommerce.
- Having strong technical aptitude, being familiar with database, API integration, PHP, etc.
- Demonstrating myself as a skilled and dedicated team leader since 2020, having managed a 6-person customer success representative team, then a 6-person business analyst team.
- Collaborating as a devoted member of CMCG’s Centers of Excellence to develop impactful software proposals, from requirements gathering and solution design to estimation and presentations.
