I am an optimal thinker who always want to optimize business process and hard-working for finding ideas to standard operation organizations, especially in Logistics and Supply Chain firm.

I graduated from Foreign Trade University with an excellent bachelor degree in External Economics. At my third year at University, I got an part time job as a Inventory and Supply Chain leader at Cock Stock - a chain store of piercing where I learned a lot on storing. In May 2019, I started my first full-time job at Giaohangtietkiem.vn - one of the four biggest E-logistics company in Vietnam. As an Operation Optimization Manager and then a Business Analyst, I used all of my heart on developing operation process, conduct express projects and now raise knowledge about buyer's and seller's behaviors. My life changed a lot when I become a Business Analyst at FPT Software - The biggest software company in Vietnam. Rather than a job, I love the concept to live as a BA. How to express your idea, how to convince other people, how to collaborate with other team member, ... I really appreciate my work now.

Data is a excited dot in my career path. At my first experiences at Cock Stock, I tried to persuade my boss to invest more for new underperformance store rather than the old successful one by numbers of rate of ratio, capacity and development trend. I nailed it. I'm falling in love with data from that point. Data gave me more balanced objective eyes in decisions, an open mind and trustful opinions in negotiation. I am happy to learn about R, Python, SQL and Tableau which help me a lot on data mining, visualization and modeling.

Outside of work, I'm a travel lover. Currently I am learning take photos and playing Ukulele. I also got a balcony garden at which I'm so proud of.
