• Responsible for Electronics output & input KPIs – MoM, QoQ & YoY in all Business model: Lazada MP, Lazmall MP local & Retail.
• Retain the turnover rate below 15%
Result:
+ Completing 100% in GMV vs target FY22, 85% in Buyer vs target FY22
+ GMV YoY over 80%, Buyer YoY over 65%
+ Seller >10K over the target FY22
+ All local & internationl brands are present on platform: Apple, Samsung, LG, Sony, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, JBL, Harman Karrdon, Dyson, Lock&Lock, Tefal, Philips, TCL,
