• Promoting and encouraging sellers to come on board and built proper stores on the Shopee platform.
• Assisting in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential sellers.
• Acquiring ideas and needs of customers, then work closely with related departments (Programs, Marketing...) to improve service quality, bring positive experiences and satisfaction to sellers.
