- Make a recruitment plan according to each time, position, and staffing schedule.
- Receive and analyze recruitment needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Discuss with relevant department heads to clearly define recruitment requirements.
- Review the organization chart, staffing, and functions of the recruitment department.
- Post job vacancies on the media, and recruitment websites to search, receive and screen candidate profiles.
