Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling, monitoring and managing the daily activities of Luxury hotel management (Marriott) as owner role.
- Review and approve budget for Rebranding projects such as PIP/CAP, Set up OS&E/Amenities, New projects
- Control the planning process, cost optimization of the luxury hotel management.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, monthly MIS report and assess business performance for Luxury Hotels Management
